I will no longer be photographing weddings. Solely for the reason for my love of family photography that I fondly refer to it as famtography :) I found that weddings were eating up my time to book family sessions and I love love LOVE taking photos of families. So, I am taking the leap to specialize in family photography. Have I mentioned I love photographing families?! However, I have been one lucky gal and have had the honor of photographing incredible weddings, filled with a ton of love, with the best people. So I can't just wave my hand and say goodbye. I NEED closure. I would like to take a few weeks to say a proper goodbye to weddings. I will be blogging weddings that I haven't gotten on the old blog and reminiscing of all the sweet romance I have had the joy to document.
Meet Meghan and Curan. Meghan is probably one of the coolest cats in the Midwest, or world. Curan matches every ounce of her coolness! So there you have it two cool cats making the Midwest an even more rad place ;) The couple loved up on each other while simultaneously making sure everyone around them was having a good time. Love, joy, hospitality, style and good music oozed through the day. Brasa catered the wedding. My favorite restaurant! Let me tell you cocktail hour was very hard to focus on photo taking with that guacamole scattered around on tables. Honey Comb Collective styled their incredible day and Glam Doll donuts was the supplier of sweet treats! Liz Sletten at Denny Kemp Salon is responsible for Meghan's amazing hair and Ingrid Kent did the Makeup that survived all the tears of joy, hugs, kisses, and stellar dance moves. Let's just say Dream team. Dream Day!
